Dr. Gallegos is amazing! I went to Dr. Gallegos for a breast implant exchange after noticing asymmetry and discomfort in one of my breasts. It turned out the implant had flipped and came out of the pocket. From my first consultation, he immediately understood what was going on and explained everything clearly and professionally. I’m now 4 months post-op, and let me tell you — I finally feel like myself again. My results are absolutely gorgeous! The shape, symmetry, and overall appearance are better than I could have imagined. Dr. Gallegos truly knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.
